Attic for hotel club in the historical part of St. Petersburg.
The first versions of the project were designed by the wishes of the customer without taking into account the requirements of urban architecture.
The latter option was approved in view of the weight loads on the glazing of the installation, the overall complexity of the manufacture of glass.
Attic office personnel for the production of food. Two buildings constructed in the industrial zone of the historic St. Petersburg. The task of the project was to make the attic for the company personnel without increasing the area with additional buildings. Attic had to preserve the historic architecture of the places in the city.
The room consists of a recreation room - living room, kitchen adapted for cutting hunting trophies and a toilet. In the center of the room is placed a large fireplace, c possibility of cooking over an open fire. All of the furniture for relaxing with removable covers.
The project is a small fitness center in the interior of the hotel courtyard. Hotel distribution is not allowed to make a fitness center for guests within the hotel building. In the evening, guests of the hotel additionally motivated by the opportunity to engage in a fitness room with a glass roof. The architecture is limited to the size of the yard, number of storeys of the hotel and the location of the hotel in the city center.
